Iron Nickel 1J50 Soft Magnetic Alloy Expanded Metal Mesh

Detailed Specifications
1J50 alloy metal mesh is a Fe-Ni soft magnetic alloy (Ni 50%, Fe balance) with:
Element Content (Mass Fraction)
Nickel (Ni) 49.0–51.0%
Iron (Fe) Balance
Carbon (C) ≤0.03%
Silicon (Si) ≤0.30%
Manganese (Mn) 0.30–0.80%
Sulfur (S) ≤0.020%
Phosphorus (P) ≤0.020%

High magnetic permeability (initial permeability μi ≥ 3,000, maximum permeability μmax ≥ 20,000)

Low coercivity (< 40 A/m), ideal for low-frequency magnetic field applications

Expanded metal mesh structure: formed by slitting and stretching metal sheets, featuring:

    • Uniform aperture distribution (such as from 1×2 mm to 10×20 mm)
    • High open area ratio (30%-70%) for light weight and ventilation
    • 1j50 diamond mesh thickness from 0.1mm to 5mm
Features

Ij50 Alloy Expanded metal Mesh has good soft magnetic properties, thermal stability and machining properties, suitable for manufacturing high-precision electrical components. It is widely used in fields such as electronics, communications, computers and automobiles.

(1) Magnetic properties: 1J50 alloy has excellent soft magnetic properties, high magnetic permeability, low hysteresis loss, and high magnetization intensity. It can be used to manufacture high-precision electrical components such as inductors, transformers, and motors.
(2)Thermal stability: 1J50 alloy has excellent thermal stability and can work at high temperatures, making it suitable for manufacturing electrical components used at high temperatures.
(3)Processing performance: 1J50 alloy is easy to cold and hot work, and can be processed into materials of different shapes through rolling, stretching, extrusion, and other methods.
(4)Corrosion resistance: 1J50 alloy has good corrosion resistance at room temperature, but it is prone to rusting in humid environments and requires protective measures.

Applications

1J50 Fe-Ni Soft Magnetic Alloy Expanded Metal Mesh combines the material’s soft magnetic properties with the structural advantages of mesh, mainly used for:

– **Electromagnetic shielding ventilation components**: Utilizes high magnetic permeability to shield electromagnetic interference while the mesh structure enables equipment ventilation and heat dissipation (e.g., electronic cabinets, transformer enclosures).

– **Lightweight magnetic circuit supports**: Serves as a support framework for iron cores or magnetic components, reducing weight while maintaining magnetic permeability, applied in relays and transformers.

– **Magnetic field homogenization components**: Guides magnetic field distribution through the mesh structure to enhance the uniformity and sensitivity of sensors and magnetic amplifiers.

– **Anti-interference filtering structures**: Functions as a filtering mesh in high-frequency circuits to suppress electromagnetic noise, integrating structural strength and magnetic performance.
