H62 Brass Wire Mesh is a common type of brass raw wire with an average copper content of 62%. It exhibits good mechanical properties, excellent plasticity in the hot state, and acceptable plasticity in the cold state. It also features good machinability, ease of brazing and welding, corrosion resistance, but is prone to stress corrosion cracking. H62 Brass Woven Wire Mesh is a woven wire cloth made from H62 brass alloy. Good Corrosion Resistance:
It resists corrosion from moisture, atmospheric weather, and many water-based solutions better than carbon steel.
It develops a protective patina (a greenish film) over time when exposed to certain environments, which can further slow down corrosion. Note that this is different from rust.
