Material: Monel 400 (UNS N04400), per ASTM B164.
Dimensions: 600 mm (diameter) x 10 mm (thickness).
Filtration Rating: Absolute 40 μm (Beta ratio ≥ 200 per ISO 16889).
Structure Options: 5-layer sintered wire mesh laminate + 2 Layers metal perforated sheet. and the welding seam should be smooth and flat without any missed welding.
Mandatory Process Requirements:
- Sintering atmosphere: Vacuum or pure H₂ (to prevent oxidation).
- Edge sealing: Laser welding on both longitudinal sides to eliminate bypass leakage.
- Post-treatment: Roller leveling to ensure flatness ≤ 1.0 mm over 600 mm length (Camber ≤ 0.5mm/m).
Supply Scope: Filter element only, with Mill Test Certificate (MTC) reporting actual bubble-point test result (per ASTM F316) to verify 40μm rating.

Features

Outstanding corrosion resistance: resistant to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, dilute sulfuric acid/phosphoric acid, alkaline solution, and halide environment; Resistant to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, far superior to 304/316 stainless steel; Stabilize acidic gases such as H ₂ S, Cl ₂, and SO ₂.
High temperature and mechanical stability: maintain strength even after long-term use up to 550 ℃; Integrated sintering without detachment, pressure and impact resistance, suitable for high voltage/pulse blowback working conditions.
Reliable filtration accuracy: uniform and controllable pore size (conventional 1-200 μ m), stable accuracy, high flux, easy cleaning and regeneration, significantly longer lifespan than ordinary filters.
