Features

2. Catalysis

  • Used as a structured catalyst support or as a catalyst itself (e.g., Raney Nickel) for hydrogenation reactions, fuel reforming, and exhaust gas treatment. Its high surface area and porous structure ensure excellent contact between reactants and the catalyst.

3. Fuel Cells

  • Serves as a Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL), allowing reactant gases to reach the catalyst layer while conducting electrons and managing water.

4. Filtration and Separation

  • Effective for filtering hot gases and corrosive fluids in demanding industrial environments.

5. EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) Shielding

  • The conductive network reflects and absorbs electromagnetic waves, providing lightweight shielding for electronic devices and enclosures.
