Stainless steel sintered felt is produced by using extremely fine stainless steel metal fibers (with diameters precise to the micron level), which are laid in a non-woven manner, layered, and then sintered at high temperatures. The sintered felt forms a pore gradient through layers with varying pore sizes, enabling extremely high filtration precision and greater dirt-holding capacity. It features a three-dimensional mesh-like, porous structure with high porosity, large surface area, and uniform pore size distribution, allowing continuous filtration performance. Due to these structural and functional characteristics, stainless steel sintered felt effectively overcomes the drawbacks of metal filters, such as clogging and wear, as well as the limitations of powdered filtration products, like brittleness and low flow rates.
